Windows Crashed, Can't Reboot

Hello, I'm sure there are many threads of this sort, but I am new to Windows so I desperate for help. I recently purchased a custom built computer from a coworker with Windows 10 already loaded. It's been working perfectly for a month, however last night it crashed all the sudden. It attempted to automatically repair but was unable to so I began to try the advanced repair options but none seemed to work. I couldn't go back to previous restore state, I couldn't do a full reset and I couldn't even repair using the command prompt and some commands that I had found via Google search. There doesn't seem to be anything else to try please let me know if you have experienced something similar and figured out a solution.

A relative of mine had a laptop that just didn't boot! Common practice say If you can't get it to boot after three repairs, all is lost.
I'm a stubborn person so I tried to repair it eleven times! The relative needed the data on the disk. After that it suddenly did boot normally!

After that Windows 10 worked fine. I installed Macrium Reflect, did a full backup, changed the hard disk for a new one and restored the system.
I haven't heard any complaints after that. Knock on wood!

I have not backed up my data, but I have only had the computer a month so I am not worried about losing any data. I just want to be able to get it running again!

The problem when a computer needs service you need a good tool! The best tool is another computer so you can download a copy of Windows from Microsoft, make a DVD or a USB-stick of the OS and try to install it on the broken computer.
You also may have problems with the drive containing the OS.

Many people don't have access to another computer, that's why I mentioned the "stubborn" approach ;-)

Unfortunately I do not have access to another computer so I cannot download windows onto a USB to reinstall. Are there any other options at this point or will I have to take it into a shop? @snickie, do you think i should just keep trying to repair and hope it finally works?

Hello again!

I don't know how may times you tried to repair it and actually how you did the repair. I had access to a Windows DVD so I could boot the computer from the DVD and the tools available on it.

If you ever get your computer to work, the first thing I would do is to make a bootable USB-stick with Windows on it. I also have many Linux live CD and DVD:s laying around so I can test my hardware.

I am in a bit of a sticky situation since I bought a custom built computer, there is no disk drive so even if I had the windows disk I could not load it that way. I think my best option at this point is to just take it to a repair store, but thank you all for help.

Surely there is a USB connector on it! You can buy a 16 GB USB-stick, take it to people you know with a decent internet connection and make a bootable stick on their computer. Just be sure to download the right version, language and platform i.e. 32 or 64 bit.
If all that fails, maybe the store is the best option.
