    Bootable USB, Macrium Image, Kyhi recovery disk (on USB)


    If you take to shop get them to run diagnostics, memory, disk. They should also do a burn in with something like Prime 95. It should work well under load and they should know that cooling solution is able to keep up.

    Sometimes you can fix boot problems by creating a Macrium Reflect boot USB drive on a working PC, then boot the non working PC using that Reflect USB drive and choose the option fix boot problems.
