Is it fine to turn off service host sysmain ?

    Is it fine to turn off service host sysmain ?


    This service used lot of disk usage but not make my laptop slow. I just wondering why does sysmain use so much disk usage? Is it fine to turn it off ? What advantages and disadvantages if i turn it on and turn it off ?

    No. It is the Superfetch service. You may be best to swap out the current hard drive with a SSD.

    Oh they rename it? I see. Yeah swap to ssd is better option. Might change next month.
