How does MS get to know about issues

This Might seem a silly question but I as far as I can see very few people seem to be trouble free with this release of W10 so how does MS find out about the million and one issues being banded around the various forums and which patches/fixes to put out .

If you go into settings and then the privacy tab, then feedback and diagnostics

there is an option for feedback and usage data which gets sent back to MS

The best way is to use the Windows Feedback app.. you can find it on the all apps part of the start menu:

Right ,so if this is set to auto there will be logs periodically sent to MS and they collate all this data to create updates they deem necessary , Kind off !!!!

    Thank you

That's right, it has logs of how you are using the system and whats not working right, so they can see what is not working

the one posted by Jeff, for the Feedback is where you can look for specific issue to say I have this also or to report things yourself
