For HD Tune the image displayed a scroll bar on the right.
Please post the missing SMART results and when available the full error scan.

There are log collectors used in another forum room.
Please run V2 and upload results into this thread:

Were there any error messages with Acronis?
Typically with Macrium there is an error code or message.

Please backup users folders if Macrium fails too.

    Query-

I notice the reboots occur when the PC has been left on for quite a few hours......does that indicate any specific kind of hardware issue (other than the obvious HD issue seen above)

The logs can be scanned to view Windows logs.

    Simple test, shut off hibernation

    Command prompt (Admin) or Powershell(admin)

    powercfg -h off

To reverse command change the word off to on in command.

If it is not waking from hibernation correctly it can indicate a driver issue.

Hibernation can be turned off for testing purposes.
Then it can be left off or turned back on.
When hibernation is turned off it also turns of fast startup.
So if turning off hibernation improves performance then turn it back on and turn off fast startup.
This allows real time testing of each option.
Typically the logs have entries if there is a failure of either hibernation or fast startup.

When available please post images of results for Sea Tools for Windows long generic (post #7).

Yes you said this error happens after it has been asleep for a long time.

I'm assuming it goes to sleep and then hibernates, usually 180 minutes. It is the awaking from hibernation that could be causing reboot.

So put it to sleep. If you know error usually happens after three hours wake it up in 3.5 hours. If it awakens clean, great. Continue to monitor. If problems disappears we know it is hibernation causing issue.

Then we have to find the driver or just ignore it and leave hibernation off. Losing Windows Fast Startup is not a big deal if you boot from SSD

Oh and I would not being running any more scans on HDD. It is already in Caution state and needs to be replaced.

    Constant reboots

    Hello,
I am having constant reboots with my PC. I have posted in the following forum recently.
Windows 10 Forums > General Support > Unexpected reboot

Here are all my debug files in a dropbox folder:

    V2 Log collector
    DM Log collector

Dropbox - upload to forum - Simplify your life

I appear to have quite a few zip files so have put them all in Dropbox. I possibly did the logs too many times!

thanking you in advance for any suggestions.

[QUOTE=Caledon Ken;1737430]Yes you said this error happens after it has been asleep for a long time.

no- it would happen when pc had been on/used for a long time (sorry if i confused)
eg: 7am when left on overnight trying to do a very long back.
But today happened after 10 mins of being on- so that changes things!

I turned off sleep and disabled fast boot etc days ago- this was advised through all the previous research I did on Kernel Power 41 Errors.
