I have decided to buy a new pc..this one is very old and on the blink..Seems lots of work to resuscitate it.. And could scarcely do anything on it to help revive it ,since its always on the blink.. Thank you all so kindly for bearing with me in this...I'm going to post on the forum about guidance in purchaing a new tower..Probably in graphics cards sub-forum since thats a major concern for me now

I'm sorry FreeBooter.
I wouldnt even know howto get into the bios to disable that boot thingie or whatever...I didnt think the pc would remain responsive longenuf for me to do all those operations on it...I probably shoulve been using Macrium all along. That mightve gotten me out of this mess. But such as it is..I'm too exhausted to keep troubleshhoting this...Thanks again for all your effort...I did learn some stuff, so it wasnt all a waste
I have repair install Windows 10 without disabling Secure Boot you can try it as well.
