copying Desktop and Start Menu to Another Computer
I would like to duplicate my Desktop and Start Menu to my backup computer. Is there a way to do it? Perhaps using Macrium maybe?
Thank you.

Hi,
Desktop
a. Contents: The desktop is just a folder as I guess you know. If it contains shortcuts, then you'd also need the target of those shortcuts to be in place, so simply copying that may be meaningless.
b. Layout. It may be that you could use a 3rd party tool such as DesktopOK to save and restore the layout. I've no idea how that would work in this context.
c. Wallpaper/background. You'd need to make arrangements to transfer that.
Start Menu
This is basically two distinct sets of folders containing shortcuts. As you'd need the programs corresponding to those shortcuts to be installed, considering the Start Menu alone as you seem to be doing seems to be meaningless.
I know its not the right solution but why not just install the same program etc on your backup computer.
No need if it's the same account set both to sync windows will do it all by it's self
Oh I see, you mean you want to sync them.. see e.g.
Enable or Disable Sync Your Settings in Windows 10
Enable or Disable Syncing Theme in Windows 10 Sync Your Settings
Turn On or Off Sync Microsoft Edge Settings across Windows 10 Devices
for example. See also the links in section 'Related tutorials'
You desktop on the old PC is stored here C:\Users\your name\Desktop
Just copy the stuff you want from that folder to your new PC
