Action Center not showing up - AGAIN :-(

One of the more annoying bugs in Win 10 (which sits there since the beginning and still isn't fixed) is that occasionally the action center simply stops responding. Clicking on the icon or hitting Win-A then always turns into a No-Op. :-(

I then always have to dig out Task Manager, locate the Windows Explorer process (the one that manages the desktop) and restart that - after which the Action Center then works again as expected.

But - come on MS - that's a bug that sits there since YEARS and there are dozens of threads out there on this and you still weren't able or willing to fix this? Shame on you!

Is there some site anywhere, where one can vote on bugs to be finally fixed? Or a way to submit such bugs to MS? I know - experience tells me - that MS couldn't care less for such attempts but I could at least off-load some frustration.

Hi, you can submit feedback via the Feedback Hub app - Win key + f. Try searching it for any similar reports first.

I've never seen this happen or seen reports of it-yet- myself.

You might just see if anything hooked into explorer is having an adverse effect.
Try using Shellexview (free) to disable all non-MS context menu items it lists.
    Then try a clean boot.

See if the same problem occurs.

Put another way- have you ever seen this problem after clean installing Win 10?
