I don't want to be a party pooper but ...
I would like the OP to run a little test (this is worthwhile for any not experienced Windows user).
- Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the bottom left
- Search for CMD
- When it come up in result window RIGHT CLICK and click Run as Administrator
- In the Command window enter PERFMON /RES. This starts up the Resource Monitor
- Expand the Resource Monitor window until it is almost as wide as the screen
- Click the Disk tab. On the right near the top, there will be a icon labeled Views. Click it and select Large.
- If possible, take a picture of this
- If the Disk Queue length is consistently larger than 1.0 you have a problem !
