What is this UWTSettings in my right click context menu?

I have a custom right click context menu and this UWTSettings appears out of nowhere:




The odd thing is, if I go to the registry location of my right click context menu items, the UWTSettings item is not present:



Does anyone have any idea what that item (UWTSettings) is or why it is there? I searched on this site for it to no avail and maybe it goes by some other name that I'm missing.

Also, if I click on the UWTSettings in the right click context menu, the result is an error message stating that there is no app associated with it to open it. Umm! - That is because I didn't put it there!

Yes, some of the right click context menu items rely on NirSoft; but what exactly do I have to research in order to remove that item? It is a NirCmd .exe executable that is placed in the C:\ directory to allow some right click context menu items to work.

That did the trick! I have a question though - How on earth did you know to look for the registry key in that location?

I made a back-up of the registry key in case something goes wrong; but I don't foresee any trouble arising from it being gone.

I still can't fathom why that would just automatically appear since I have already had the latest Cumulative Update for some time now and just out of nowhere it appeared. I wonder what triggered it if it wasn't the latest CU?

I never installed that software ever and that is why I am taken aback as to how it occurred.
