    Process Stopper Broke Windows 10

Recently, I was trying to disable Microsoft Edge on my Windows 10 computer. I was reading a tutorial on how to do this. It told me a few steps, and among these it said to rename the Microsoft Edge folder. When I tried to do this, an error popped up saying: "The Action Canít Be Completed Because the Folder or a File in it is Open in Another Program". I looked up how to fix this error and found an article that recommended Process Stopper, which I installed. Afterwards, I looked through Process Stopper for Microsoft Edge and accidentally stopped explorer.exe. The background and taskbar disappeared. In an attempt to fix it, I shut down the computer with the intent to restart it. Unfortunately, I am unable to turn the computer back on. I hold down the power button, and the keyboard lights up for a few seconds then it goes dark again. How can I fix this?

    Thank you,

Hmm. Interesting. Disconnect the power (and remove the battery if you can). Then, put everything back together and see if it will boot up on its own then. Please also fill out your "My Computer" info in more detail (Helps us regulars give better and more accurate advice). Here's a tutorial that explains just how to do that: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums.
Thanks. Hope we can help you set things straight!
