no, even when i click in a blank area of the address bar , the paths are different
I'm sorry. So it seems your only method is checking the properties as Essenbe suggested above

I think the way you describe is the way it should be. If you will right click he folder, select properties and then the Location tab you will find they are correct and both the same

I already explained that if you want the view settings identical, you set them that way!

Otherwise, hide the folders under This PC and only navigate via the D;\ drive.

for me is a big problem. these two folders arent two folder and in fact are 3 or even 4 folder:
    1.D:\Downloads
    2.!Downloads(in this pc)
    3.C:\users\my-user-name\Downloads

    1.D:\Downloads\Documents
    2.Documents(in this pc)
    3.C:\users\my-user-name\Documents
    4.Downloads\Documents
    .
    .
    .
so i must change settings for about 25 folders (some folders have sub folders too). and if i use a cleaner all this settings will revert.
the only world i can sey to MS is : F...

Would you be so kind as to express your sentiments to MS using the Feedback Hub app, designed for that purpose.

i know it is too late but i found my answer. for anyone who want save permanently view setting, the only way is changing default view settings for all folder type from regedit:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderTypes

here you see all folder type. you can change the columns & view(details, large icons, etc) & group by & sort by default settings. but u must know the value for each.
