Opening Screen "Windows 10" and "Windows 10 Recovery"?

I have a new Dell desktop with Windows 10. The first couple of days, it opened directly to the Desktop. Now, instead it opens to a blue screen with two boxes, one labeled "Windows 10" and the other "Windows 10 Recovery". Below those is a sentence to a few options. If I do nothing, after 30 seconds, it continues the boot to the Desktop. I assume I inadvertently clicked on something that initiated this intermediate screen.

The "choose other options" choice in the window does not seem to include a way to stop this screen from appearing.

How can I restore the boot directly to the Desktop?

Go to Control Panel, System, click on Advanced System Settings. Go to Advanced tab. Tap on Settings under Startup and Recovery. Under Default Operating System, you will find the dropdown box for choosing the default operating system. Choose Windows 10, save the changes.

You could run msconfig and delete the recovery boot option
