Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what I'm supposed to do.
I chose the option to download the support software, and it insisted on putting it all on a USB stick (without stating a reason). The USB stick is not bootable, so I don't know what to do with it now. Was something more supposed to happen in BCA?
I only have three options there. Create install media, download support software, or remove Windows.
I couldn't find any mentions of installing the support software from macOS or from outside Windows in the thread you linked. Did I miss it?Everything is in the Apple Support forums.
Are the nvidia drivers no longer the culprit?
