Windows opening delay

When I open my windows computer, it waits around 1-5 minutes within opening.
Normally, as you know, while you are trying to enable/disable NUMLOCK/CAPSLOCK, it won't work while starting up.
But after I launch my computer, I can easily just press these buttons and they work.
So we have a BIG PROOF OF WINDOWS LIKES TO WAIT. after a few minutes, I get a circle going around that normally should appear right when you start your computer. After, the computer starts.

I am a person that restart their computer right when the gpu is unusuable. (2gb) and I am NOT happy with this.

Your computer HDD may be starting to fail.
DownloadHD Tune, not Pro. Go to the Error Scan tab, do a full Error Scan, not a Quick Scan. This will scan all sectors on the HDD if everyone is green, you are good to go, but if any of the blocks turn Red, that signifies a Bad Sector. A couple are ok, but if you have several the HDD needs to be replaced. Get an SSD drive and it will boot much faster.

thx man! no needed to try that. beacuse after some days i found out that my hard drive was totally filled. so the system had a hard work onto loading the machine aka harddrive. i have a better harddrive now and my pc starts reeeaalll quick with more good fps on games. thx anyways!
