Is Windows-10 is preventing we from using Windows-7 on my PC?

W7 Installation Diskette REFUSES to recognise W7 Disk Drive.
I normally run Windows-7 Pro on my HP8300 PC using a 4TB GPT formatted disk drive.
It worked great.
I un-cabled the drive.
I then cabled a 160GB MBR formatted disk drive.
I installed Windows-10 on the 160GB MBR formatted disk drive.
It also worked great.
I then un-cabled the Windows-10 disk drive and re-cabled the Windows-7 Pro disk drive.
Windows-7 Pro would not boot!
I used my Windows-7 Pro Installed Diskette to attempt to repair the Windows-7 Pro disk drive.
My Windows-7 Pro Diskette 'claims' the Diskette cannot repair the disk drive that is cabled because it is a different version of Windows?
Is there some way that Windows-10 'takes over' a PC and prevents it being used for anything else?
