    Problems with Windows 10 Startup

Where do i begin. So about 3 days ago my PC was working completely fine. I started it up and before the Windows 10 Sign In.... nothing. Black screen, no desktop, no welcome screen, nothing. If i move my mouse it appears and that's it. Just my mouse and an empty void. Ctrl Alt Delete doesn't work, can't open the registry edit, i can not interact in any way apart from moving my mouse around. Thee blue loading ring is having a fit next to the cursor and that's really it. Leave it for an hour and nothing. Now here's where the real problems come in. So i access the advanced Windows Startup and i will just cut to the chase. I got my PC made from guys at UKGC (UK Gaming Computers) ages ago and have been using the default account named well, UKGC. Never had to enter a password but now it's asking for one. Weird because i never set up a password. I even emailed the about it and they don't even know what it is. So that's where i am, I'm desperate for help. Thank you.

Hi Plamz. Welcome to the Tenforums @Plamz

I hate to suggest something and dash but that is what I have to do today. Sure other members will be along.

Here is a tutorial on activating the built in administrator. Use Option 5.

Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10

Once you have access you should be able to set a password and gain access.

What were your plans once in Advance Startup?

If your data is not backed up you could use this boot disk to gain access. I would ensure your data is safe before doing much else.

    Downloads - Win14393PESE-X64 - ToolsLib

Not sure what you were planning as next steps. If you could outline then others could comment and add their suggestions.

    Any update?

I assume when you saw password box you tried just hitting enter as one alternative.
