    I am not able to wake up sleep mode laptop with keyboard or mouse


    I have dell inspiron laptop with Windows 10. When I put the laptop on sleep mode using power options and then close the lid, after an hour I am not able to wake up laptop by clicking keyboard keys or mouse. I have clicked the "wake up laptop on clicking the keyboard in the control panel/power options.. even then it does not work. I have to use power button on the laptop. I do not want to meddle with bios settings.

    Install latest version of graphic card driver and see that will resolve the issue.

    thank you very much.I shall try . I hope changing driver for graphic card is safe or I shall ask my service executive to do it.
