The Mouse Keys function suddenly turned on for my Windows 10 and I can't turn it off. I've searched around on how to disable Mouse Keys, and I've done both options that I've been told. The option is turned off in the Mouse section in Ease of Access. Yet Mouse Keys is still running.
And in the Ease Access Center in the Control Panel, I also have Mouse Keys turned off, yet once again it's still running.
Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks
Any third party utilities installed? What is the last System Restore point on your machine before this started?

Sorry, I'm not very computer tech, so I won't understand a lot of the lingo, so I ad to look up what you meant by System Restore.
About a week or two ago my phone could no loger upload phones and videos to my computer's Microsoft Photos. So I followed the instructions for that and reset the Microsoft Photos (and it still doesn't work, but that's a whole other issue).
But this problem with the Mouse Keys just happened about an hour ago.
I clicked on that link you posted, and followed those instructions, and Mouse Keys isn't checked for either box. But it's still working right now, even though I have it marked as turned off
If mspaint is running, try closing that. It seems to have some mousekeys-like functionality.
Please check and post a screenshot of both these settings and check your Num lock setting.

You could also disable the keyboard shortcut (in the middle there).
