Entries in Registry
Hello,
While making some registry editing, found 17 entries named "Sign.Media". Don't know what it is, have not any program this name.
Can I remove them from the registry ?

A screenshot might help. And it could be very difficult to identify some random thing found in the registry.
If it's not doing you any harm, leave well alone. Or ...just delete them and see what happens... well, you could...

Have you googled "Sign.Media" it may be connected to something you actually do have, its it malware you'll find that out too.

Before modifying the registry did you:
a) make a backup image
b) create regback
If you have done one or both you can then perform trial and error steps.

I think this could be related to a compatibility mode being applied to these programs.
E.g.

VERY important.
Registry entries are identified with the full path. Anything less and nobody can know for sure where they are located. And that could make a world of difference as to whether they should be deleted. But I think it highly probable they should be left alone.
General principle regarding registry entries is look but don't touch unless you really know what you are doing. Never delete a registry entry just because it seems strange or redundant, and those shown in the image are very different. Regedit changes are immediate with no separate "Save" command and there is no undo facility. The registry is like a minefield where a simple mistake can have serious consequences and even experts have gone wrong. The registry is far more complex that it may seem.

All my SIGN.MEDIA registry entries are in...
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-4060400855-2169800377-2262605181-1001\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Compatibility Assistant\Store
...and each one has the name of an .exe that I have at one time or another run. They appear to have been created by the Compatibility Assistant, I would leave them alone if I were you.
