Sign Media, Inc. Publisher of Master ASL! seems to be some software for"Sign Media, Inc. is the publisher of Master ASL!, the only American Sign Language curriculum designed to meet national and state standards for foreign language learning."
Hello,This is just for your info. Some story.(Will make it short).Searched a whole day the net - did not find anything. Then looked better in the entries text, something familiar found, It begins with my old pc (gone), when I was trying to update it, found the "PortableApps.com Platform", installed it on a usb stick with some programs from there. With the current pc, from time to time connected the usb stick to update the programs on it.Now I made a whole system backup, backed-up the branch of the registry where those entries were and deleted them. Restarted, all is well.Made a test: Connected the usb stick and ran it, opened the registry - there was a new Sign.Media entry.Disconnected it and removed that entry.Wrote a question to the "PortableApps.com Platform" forum, did not get any answer.
I'm going to reformat the usb stick and use it for something else.
Thanks for all the answers.

The registry contains millions of data items, right?
So it's sure to contain items that you're not familiar with, right?
So ... when you find an item you don't recognize, what gives you the urge to delete it?
Resist the urge.
Just ignore it.
