    1) Run chkdsk /r /v on the 1 TB drive while you are sleeping: chkdsk /r /v D:
Only one partition can be checked at at time with the chkdsk command.
It is not testing the whole disk drive.

    2) Windows driver verifier may be used later in the thread.
At this time it is reading information.

    3) When available post images of Mini Tool Partition Wizard with all drives attached.

4)The BIOS upgrade can be performed after you complete chkdsk /r /v on the other drives.

    5) The steps in post #37 can be performed before or after upgrading the BIOS.

    6) The logs displayed unexpected shutdowns and restarts.
The crash windows and dump files were not properly formed.

    7) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

So i did not even do the chkdsk because i fell asleep on accident waiting for the Reflect to verify my backup. It was 5 am tho...

So while i was asleep that backup completed then windows restarted my pc at 8 am like i scheduled it to.

I also did your instruction from post #37

Now it has restart just fine a few times.

The device panel only shows the darn bluetooth driver with the yellow triangle exclamation mark..

    1) That's great news.

    2) For drive C: there was drive file system corruption that was fixed by running the chkdsk switches:

    Code:
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.

Windows has made corrections to the file system.
    3) For D: drive there was cleaning.

    4) When available please post images of
    a) Samsung Magician results.
    b) Minitool partition wizard with all drives attached to the computer

    5) In post #31 what problems had you encountered with Macrium and what did you do to fix them?

    6) See if one of these Asus links or youtube videos has information for upgrading the Asus BIOS:
Update BIOS - How to use Winflash to update the BIOS version in Windows system? | Official Support | ASUS Global
Update BIOS - How to use EZ Flash to update the Notebook BIOS version? | Official Support | ASUS Global
    YouTube

    7) Uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth driver:

    8) After completing the above steps upload a new V2 into the thread.

When you say "post samsung magician results" are you referring to running the benchmark? Like this:

Computer Wont boot after power outage.-image.png

When you say "post images of minitool partition wizard with all drives connected" do you mean to do a benchmark there as well?

In post 31, I was asking a few questions regarding the process, is not really that I had an issue other than Reflect showing that my portable drive was unformatted which it is most certainly formatted. The screen shot i posted shows that, the preview is quite small but if you right click it and press "open in new tab" it opens to be a bigger size and is legible.

While trying to open device manager to uninstall the Bluetooth driver i get this message:

For Samsung Magician was the driver up to date?
Indicate if there any issues on the tabs.

Mini tool partition wizard when launched displays the drive information in columns and rows.
It's similar but different from disk management as it has many features to fix partition problems.
It displays a more detailed view of the drive structure.
Please perform no steps except for posting images.

Did the computer boot normally with and without other disk drives?
    And with and without hibernation?

Looks all good to me :)

Maybe MiniTool has updated? Here is what it shows me upon running this app.

"Did the computer boot normally with and without other disk drives? And with and without hibernation?"

I didnt really understand your instructions as far as this goes, i followed your instruction i think:

"Open administrative command prompt and type:
    Powercfg -h on
    shutdown /r"

This i did and the first shows no response from the cmd prompt, then the second tells me that i will be signed out. But by the time i did this test my pc was already restarting fine for some reason. Perhaps the update fixed whatever issue was there? But clearly i am still having some other underlying problems...
In short: i did this i think, and it restarted fine.

"If you were not able to reboot normally then remove disk 0 or detach the cable and reboot.
Then report into the thread whether there was any change."

This was conditional; if it failed then i should have done this, and since it did not fail i did not do this. Instead i reported that it was successful on previous restart.

The part that I am confused about is your instruction to remove disk 0, is that not my boot? If not how do i know which disk is disk 0? (sorry if this is like a dumb question.

For Minitool partition wizard make sure all drives are connected.
In the image right upper corner click on launch application > no need to download a new version at this time > post an image into the thread.

This step can be skipped if you are not comfortable inside the desktop.
For the disk drives there is a Samsung SSD and a HD.
This is before the portable drive is attached.
The SSD should be attached/screwed to the motherboard and it is disk 1 and 250 GB
The HD should be a lot larger (3.5 inch) and should be in a bay.
It is disk 0 and is 1 TB.
The manufacturer should be displayed on the drive.
    For example:

Well i built this pc, so I know that stuff about the difference of SSD and HD. What i was confused about is the disk numbering system. Sorry.

The 1TB is actauly a RAID 0 so there are two of them one is a shadow of the other. You are asking that I boot with the two 1 TB not attached to the computer at all?

When Windows upgrades are performed on computers with multiple disk drives problems can occur.
For example, partitions can be created on different disk drives.
So for testing purposes drives can be disconnected to see if there is or is not a normal boot.
During a prior upgrade Windows installed an extra recovery partition.
This is small and does not require troubleshooting.

Once you have uninstalled and reinstalled the Bluetooth driver > recheck device manager

If there is no longer a yellow triangle > run the bluetooth troubleshooter

Upload a new V2 after completing the BIOS upgrade and performing all prior steps.
This will be checked and comments will be made on Windows driver verifier testing.

Then plan to test the computer for 48 hours with Windows driver verifier.
If there are no BSOD that will complete the troubleshooting.
If there are BSOD then the tool will be used for approximately 36 hours after the last BSOD.

Do i just uninstall this from the device panel itself? (right click uninstall) Then reinstall it from the driver panel?

    Few questions;

    1. Does this mean i will need to slot a time when i dont need to use my pc for 48 hours? Can pc be used during this test?

    2. You mean to say that we will run it for 48 hours, stop it, then wait 36 hours then start it and run it for another 48 hours?
