How to clean files in C:\Windows\servicing\LCU

I believe the deletion process tends to slow down if I do a normal delete. The Recycle Bin gets full so "When you use “Shift+Delete” keys together after selecting any file from your PC, the file will get erased permanently from your computer system." Nothing in the recycle bin.

I also discovered this folder containing 138,518 items, 1.08 GB. 8 minutes to change permissions and 6 minutes deleting.
