There are times when bringing laptop out of suspend or hibernate the display has what looks like 16 bit video. I have to log out or restart the laptop to get it back to proper display. This occurs randomly, time in suspend or hibernate does not seem to be an issue. This is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Device Manage shows all drivers are up to date and best used.
Any suggestions?
I'd try two things.
One shut off hibernation with the command
powercfg -h off
To reverse change the word off to on.
The other thing I would do is uninstall the video device driver with DDU and then re-install.

I would recommend you create a system image with your favorite imaging tool so you can restore should something happen. What ever tool you use create and test their rescue media. Many members use Macrium. Free and reliable.

While not a fix when you system glitches have you tried
CRTL+WINDOWS+SHIFT+B = restarts the graphic driver
