    Timing of PC usage

    Hi

Sometimes I get carried away with my PC activity, and forget to take breaks as often as I know would be good for me. I'm pretty sure there is nothing built in to Win 10 that can do this?? but I would like to be able to set an alert using a script/app/utility which measures my keyboard/mouse activity, and after xx minutes of continued activity, give me a pop up or alert to remind me xx minutes has passed - i.e. time to look up from the screen/take a break etc.

I previously posted about recording PC usage time Timing/recording Windows 10 usage and was recommended ActivTrak, which has been great. One of it's features is that it can monitor a specific app (e.g. Outlook) and provide a pop up after xx minutes. ActivTrak is good at providing keyboard/mouse activity for a day but there is no option to provide an alert for continuous keyboard/mouse activity across entire Windows/multiple apps.

Please does anyone know of any tool that can do this?

    Thank you

thank you very much for the suggestion. the link had some good ideas and lead me to do further investigation on the Pomodoro method - which, had I found an app I liked would be great. From that little investigation I found a few apps which appealed, but then found they were discontinued/not under recent support.

I hope to find a script/tool/app/utility that monitors and alerts on Windows 10 keyboard & mouse usage.

    Cheers
