    Unable to search from start menu after latest update


    I updated windows 2 days ago, and now when I press flag and start typing nothing happens. just stays blank.

    Hi, welcome to tenforums.

    This is something of a known issue with this update:
    Cumulative Update KB4512941 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.329 - Aug. 30
    post #13 e.g.

    Please try the fix at post #17

    or uninstall and hide (block) this update. MS is working on a fix.

    Note: if you have questions about any particular update, the News section here has a thread per update per build which you are free to consult.
