    What's wrong with right click / new / new text document which is normally configured by default?

    I suggest you send a personal message to Brink who has produced some excellent Tutorials on right click functionality. Perhaps ask him to produce a Tutorial for what you want?

    You could save type nul >EmptyFile.txt as a .bat file and run that path as the command...

    Thank you for your reply. I had tried it. But it's not what I want...

    Your solution is only create one EmptyFile.txt and can not change file name immediatly.
    But with right click / New / Text Document which is configured by default. Can change file name immediatly.

    And if I didn't change file name, it will automatically create different file name each time...

    New Text Document.txt
    New Text Document (2).txt
    New Text Document (3).txt
    New Text Document (4).txt
    .
    .

    @akkha,

    Would opening Notepad from the context menu instead work for you for this?

    This way you could directly open Notepad, add what you want, and save as a text file.
