    TaskBar Make Up

    Hello,
    1. Is it possible that Eplorer always appears with the same icon in the Task Bar (see image bellow)? If so, How to?
    2. Regarding Outlook icon, it appears in three copies in the Task Bar (Quick Launch, Running and right hand side) see image bellow. Is it possible to Remove/Hide the outlook icon from the right hand side of the Task Bar?
    Regards

Right click on the Taskbar, select Taskbar settings. Scroll down to Select which icons appear on the Taskbar. If Outlook is in the list, disable it.

Sorry, don't understand what you mean. What you show is just a link to your Downloads folder as far as I can tell.

Explorer will show whatever icon setting is set for a current folder.

For example, I have set the Computer folder with a custom icon (look at the picture). I also have other folders (like Music, look at the picture I attached).

So in your case, you would have to make the Computer folder as a folder icon, which would look a little strange. Yet if you want to do that, I can help you set that.

Doing this setting will change your Computer icon, on the Desktop (if you have it there), to a folder icon though. (You can still revert back to the default Computer icon if you don't like it).

    1) Right click on the Desktop -> Personalize -> Themes
    2) Scroll down, and press: Desktop icon settings
    3) Press on Computer and press the Change Icon... button
    4) Copy & paste the following in the link area: C:\Windows\System32\imageres.dll
    5) Press Enter. (This will now load that dll file which has many icons in it)
    6) Press that icon (that I put in the green box in the following picture), and press OK

    7) Then press OK again to the previous window

Notice: The downside is that your Computer desktop icon will look like a folder, but the Taskbar will show exactly what you want. That's the only workaround that I would know for such example. Hope this is helpful.

You are talking about three different zones on the Taskbar. Each one has their own appearance and the icons can be changed with the Notification Icons through the registry.

Really depends on what you specifically want to do in customizing the Taskbar and what areas of it.
