Win10 Pro error 0x80070020 trying to install another language pack

    Hello,
I use my Windows 10 Pro 1903 in Italian, but when I try to install additional English language pack with basic typing it always fails:

Error 0x80070020 trying to install another language pack-image.png
with error 0x80070002 or sometimes 0x80070020 (!). I've also set UAC mode to default (I usually set it to max level) to be sure but still fails. I'm connected through home wifi and trying to install German, French, Spanish etc. they all work fine. Only English (UK or USA) fail…

    The errors are:
The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002).
    OR
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x80070020).

Try this: How to fix language pack not downloading on Windows 10 - Get Cool Tricks
if that doesn't work, then try this: Install Windows 10 language pack manually

Other than this, if no one else has any successful instructions - then I'll be suggesting:
    - data/system backups
    - DISM/SFC
    - RESET using the Keep My Files option
    - Repair install of W10
    - RESET using the Remove Everything option
    - Clean install of Windows 10
    - Contact Microsoft Support if all else fails.

    Good luck!

weeks I have been looking for a solution but nowhere a calm answer. The solution is a lot but no result. I don't understand that microsoft also has no solution.

    The above instructions are useless.
