It tells me that I am current, but gives me the odd message "You're currently running a version of Windows that's nearing the end of support. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 now to get the latest features and security improvements."
If I am current, why must I update? Since it says no updates are available, HOW do I update?

If you like, you could try using the Windows 10 Update Assistant to update to the latest 1903 version without losing anything.

There could be a number of things preventing an update to drop.
Hopefully, that will get you updated.
