Excellent. Thank you for letting us know.

    Based on the following probabilities,
Post #1 “if it's because of the recent upgrade”
Post #20 “Very annoyed if this was caused by Windows updates.”

You might want to ensure that there aren’t any corrupt system files by using sfc /scannow along with DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth if called for.

Now it's sorted out, please make sure you follow a regular routine of using disk imaging (e.g. Macrium reflect (free) + external storage for image files). That way you often have a quick way back to a previous working state without hanging around trying to find someone to help you with a solution.

Note: I don't think you understood that if you have a boot disk like Kyhi's, that when you boot using that disk - independently of your internal disk(s)- utilities such as HD Tune and Minitool Partition Wizard are available from that disk - independently of a messed up OS. (Also includes a version of Macrium reflect).

A very useful tool to have ready to hand, which I commend to you.
