Black screen when booting after logo

Hi to all, my laptop is not booting on first attempt. This happens around 3-4 months ago. It only has a black screen after the manufacturer logo and the rotating loading circles. No keyboard, no mouse, its totally unresponsive. What I do is I hit the power button to force shutdown then power on again then my laptop boots normally.

I have done many things to try to solve this but the methods aren't working. Here are the steps that I tried:
    1. Check components on BIOS (such as display, cpu, motherboard, memory, etc.) All are normal.
    2. Check windows update.
    3. Update nvidia and intel graphics driver still no luck
    4. Uninstall nvidia graphics driver, no luck
    5. Install windows 10 but keep files and apps (I follow this Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade ) still no luck.

I'm here because I can't think of anything to solve this. Please help me on this. Below are the details of my device.

    HP Pavilion 14-V241TX
    Windows 10 Pro
    64 bit
    Memory 12 GB DDR3
    Intel Core i5-5200 CPU @ 2.20 GHz

Have you tried removing the CMOS battery for several minutes to reset the BIOS?

Please try disabling fast startup if enabled.

What is your Windows build? Sadly it's not a forum requirement, so we have to keep asking.
    Windows key + r, winver

Is your BIOS up to date?

It seems drivers are available to build 1709 (just glancing at this):

I didn't try this since I don't want to open my laptop but I will try.

    1. Fast startup is enabled. I already disabled it. Will give you feedback if it fixes the problem.
    2. It says Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.295)
    3. I have already tried BIOS update and no luck.

Yesterday, I disabled fast startup. Today when I open my laptop, it boots normally on first attempt. I will observe this for days and give you feedback. Thanks.
