    How to remove language from language bar, which is not in the settings

    Please help ! Language is not in the settings, how can i remove it ?

    Press the Windows and "i" keys simultaneously, click "Devices", then "Typing" in the left window, scroll down to "Advanced Keyboard Settings" in the right window and uncheck "Use the desktop language bar when available".

    Thank you so much Ben!!! You´re the ONLY person who offered a path different from all others I read. I followed it and found that indeed the languages I wanted to delete were there! But...it doesn´t let me delete it. Do you happen to know how?

    However, the box for "Use the desktop language bar when available" was already unchecked.

    I faced the same problem and got rid of the unneeded lang. Steps:
    - Go to Language preferences (click on language bar or find it in the settings)
    - Add the language you want to remove.
    - Remove it.

    Worked for me.
