Bypassing image thumbnail zoom limit in Windows explorer?

I am using windows 10 - 1903 version (64 bit). Is there a way to bypass the zoom limit that windows explorer has while we zoom into the thumbnails and increase their size?

    I don't think so!
Aside from Ctrl+mouse wheel all the way up, you'd have to use the Preview Pane dragged open to the size you desire, or,
    use a third party utility.

One such utility is QTTabBar, gives you a sizable preview on mouse hover...

I'm seeking a solution, maybe a registry edit that will allow the every image thumbnail to enlarge upto approximately 10 centimeters as I scroll my wheel upwards.
