Can I get OneDrive back to Set up OneDrive so OneDrive isn’t usable

Computer: Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15IWL laptop Windows 10 Home with a Microsoft account.

Background information.
At home, the owner hasn’t been able to connect to the Internet with her Windows 7 laptop for at least 3 months and naturally with the new Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15IWL laptop. Per my request, she had Verizon finally come in to fix that and had been trying to get her to use today’s modern system that includes OneDrive from what she told me. That’s not for her: she’s an elderly lady & uses her computer very basically at least at this time and that’s it. There isn't any data in OneDrive yet. Maybe her computer is linked with Verizon but I don’t know how to determine that as I don’t use OneDrive.
