I just copied it from my other laptop, how do you mean about making it bootable with the meadia creation tool? Like burn it?
It will not work if you just copy the .iso to the flash drive.
Download the media creation tool from this link :

    Windows 10

And follow the instructions. On the first prompt choose 'Create installation media for another PC'

I dont really understand Linux, its to complicated and I havent been taught to use it so I dont understand, sorry, can you please explain?
You can download a Linux bootable CD burn it an boot from it and get into your hard drive if it is not broken, if you can get into your bios and your hard drive is not listed that would explain no boot device, then you need a new hard drive and probably has nothing to do with the windows 10 install just bad luck that the hard drive has died.

I have a similar situation after upgrading from W7 to 10. I have backups of W7 on DVD and image backup on an external HDD. But like you, I do not suppose I can get into the machine enough for the backups to be accessed!
I am really sorry for your situation as well, wish all the best of luck! It really does suck, the minute you start the installation of the windows 10 to this point is really a downer, I was so excited when I first started my laptop with the brand new windows 10 but now I still have some hopes that my laptop will pull through. Fingers crossed

I am currently in the Bios, should I make a Secure erase if nothing else works? But first I will try what you and Cybertod asked me to do.

First things first see if your hard drive is listed.
