    Programs Menu Item

When I rt click the Win icon on the lower left, shouldn't I see a Programs menu item ?
I do see Task Manager and Settings among others.
If so, what should I do?
    TIA

    Hello Bob,

When you right click on the Windows button on the taskbar, you should see the Win+X Quick Links menu like below.

Open Win+X Quick Link Menu in Windows 10

Add Custom Shortcuts to Win+X Quick Link Menu in Windows 10

If you would like to see the old Windows 7 All Programs list. Download OpenShell.
