Since I don't have Windows booted on my problem PC then I don't have NOTEPAD, so I'm obviously not following you.
I was able to redirect the BCDEDIT command to a flash drive, but not the DISKPART commands.
I didn't see any particularly useful info for my problem in any of the DISKPART output so I'm unclear how that would be of any help.

When booting windows RE > open notepad

    Consider:
Backing all files (users folders) to another drive or to the cloud
    Restore Aoemi backup image
    Restore users folders
    or
    reset save files equivalent
    or
    clean install

I wasn't aware that NOTEPAD was available in the RE? Where is it?
I backed up my files with ROBOCOPY the other day to an external drive and plan to use them after my AOMEI restore.
I know I keep asking and don't mean to bother, but do you have any thoughts on why my remove package DISM command (see post #20) did not work? I know it has something to do with the syntax so I guess I'll just Google it.

A clean install is my very, very, very last resort!

Maybe a friend or neighbor or relative has a camera to borrow?

To open notepad you type notepad.

I was surprised to see that DOS opened NOTEPAD since I thought you needed a booted up WINDOWS environment to run NOTEPAD. Anyhow, I re-entered the DISM "remove-package" command and was able to run it (apparently I needed to type "move-package /" instead of "move-package/"). Unfortunately I received error message 0x800f0825 = permanent package cannot be uninstalled, so it looks like AOMEI will be the only solution for my issue.

BTW, the backup PC I am using has its own issues, so let me ask you this: When I use the Win10 RE it allows me to choose a restore point, however the restore point gets deleted after it restores the system. I don't want to be left with no restore points so do you know of anyway to tell Windows to not delete a restore point after it is used?

There are software that can be ran within windows that may have options.

@EdTittel had posted a link for the third party software in another thread to manage the contents of a restore point.

I'm not aware of any methods that could be used in Windows RE other than saving files.
The files may then be able to be used in a later installation.

This is an example for regback:

If you have an additional drive you may be able to restore the Acronis image onto this drive.
Then if the regback files are sizable you could copy and paste them to the problematic computer.
Again this is trial and error.
