    Event ID 360 strange font/characters

Many seem to get this Windows Hello entry in their Event Viewer when booting Windows. The error is harmless from what I know but since I updated my system to Version 1903 the text in the error message changed. This is the only Event Viewer entry that changed this way, all others are normal. I doubt this is anything to worry about. Nevertheless I was curious what caused this change and would like to know if this happened to others aswell.

Probably isn't anything to worry about.
Looks like it'll only be a problem if you're usiing Windows Hello for Business

Looks Greek to me (just a guess)
    What country are you in?
What country did you purchase the computer in?
Have you changed any of the language or region settings?
Do you use any software for changing the region for DVD's/movies?

Possible "fix" is to remove Windows Hello for Business.
Then, if wanted, you can reinstall it to see if that fixed it.

I'm in Germany however my Windows is set to English(UK).
I haven't changed any of these settings and also don't use any software that does something like that.

How would i actually remove Windows Hello? I have used gpedit: Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Hello for Business and disabled "Use Windows Hello for Business" in the past however that did not remove the error in the Event Viewer.

Those steps will disable it, but I don't think that they'll uninstall it.
As it won't hurt things, I'd suggest re-enabling it.
Then run "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without the quotes) from an elevated Powershell prompt.
See if that helps (I'm not real familiar with this, so I'm reluctant to offer any more invasive attempts to fix it - as they may just end up breaking things

Using Dism didn't help the issue either.
Thank you for your help and don't worry, as I said in my first post, I'm not really worried about the Error. I was mostly asking out of curiosity, why the error text changed in that way.
