Did a lengthy search online and if I understood, windows store some system reserved files in hidden location. Is there a for dummies way to access it and possibly safely removing unnecessary files. I understand that system reserved files should not be tampered with but how to stop windows to launch low storage warning, as it is doing.

If your E: drive previously had Windows 7 on it, it would have created a 100MB partition called System Reserved. In Windows 10 the System Reserved Partition is 500MB. That is Megabytes, not Gigabytes. So the Windows 10 System Reserved has more space. If you no longer boot to the E: drives Operating System, and it's just used for storage, you have nothing to worry about, as Windows is no longer using that 100MB partition.

Originally I had W7, longs ago. Recently I got a new PC system, the fellow at the store used my old HHD Files (w10 in it) to install windows on the new machine.
I do not run Files History, nor backup, I have all my important files Docs etc. on an external HHD.
It appears that Files History use System Reserved (E:) to store that. It stored some aborted attempts to turn on File History.
They are deleted now.
So you suggest that I ignore those warning, is that correct?
Issue is a drive letter (E) assigned to that partition, not really appropriate for system reserved. Simply follow this tutorial to remove the drive letter: Remove Drive Letter in Windows 10
Likely a better approach than having to ignore an irrelevant warning.
You can disable low disk checking by executing following command from Command Prompt.

Is Explorer set to show system and hidden files?
System reserved folder on OEM computers has a boot loader and all the tools for maintenance and factory recover. The files has the hidden or system attributes. To see them you must set Explorer to show system and hidden files.
"Hide known file extensions" option is the best way to get infected by virus or malware. Also un mark it.
As stated, Remove the Drive letter for that System Reserved Partition and you will no longer get a warning of low disk space.
