    Black screen on startup (1903)

This issue has started to happen recently (this week).
When I start my computer, the display turned on and off repeatedly. This goes on for a few times.
After that, it leaves me with a black screen, the "Black Screen of Death".

I was able to Ctrl+Shift+Win+B, but the drivers wouldn't start.
I initially thought the display drivers are at fault, but these logs from Event Viewer proves otherwise:

I have an installation ISO on the ready to reset Windows if any potential solutions fail.

Uninstall from Device Manager and reinstall, right? Will the default Microsoft GPU activate after the intel GPU is uninstalled?

Uninstall the drivers from "Programs and Features In The Control Panel" and restart. Let windows load its default drivers. Download the latest driver for the GPU install and test.

If the Intel GPU driver is not listed in Programs and Features, go to the Device Manager, Expand Display, right click your Display adapter and choose Uninstall. Restart. Windows will load the Basic VGA driver on startup. then you can download the latest GPU driver.

Are the intel hd graphics drivers downloadable through Windows Update?

I have uninstalled the drivers, and the computer rebooted.

The screen flashed on and off a few times, before turning off all together.

EDIT: plugged it into an HDMI port on my TV and if flashed “Updating your system 100%” and immediately afterwards restarted

And where are you at now? Does the TV see it? Or your monitor?
You can download the Intel VGA driver from the Acer Download page for your model Product support

It’s all in order! The issue seemed to have fixed itself (It Installed the drivers, I didn’t delete the files off the computer)

    Thanks!
