    I tried to rebuild the icon cache


    I tried to rebuild the icon cache. I had no success whatsoever.

    Here are my screenshots if anyone has an idea:

    No, skipped_files.txt is just an unrelated file I have on my desktop.

    Open an administrator command prompt (Cmd) and run sfc /scannow.
    It will take a bit of time. After run

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    reboot after

    You may have some corrupt files
