Link not working. Can you summarize?

Mine is coming back on right after putting it to Sleep, Hibernate or Shutting Down, so not sure this is the same problem that you solved with Turning Off Scheduled Tasks, but I will try. Thanks.

I've disabled Fast Startup, disabled all wake timers and I've unchecked everything that could possibly wake it up. I even pulled and disconnected all peripherals and ethernet cables to be sure and it still comes right back on. Pretty sure it started right after the Anniversary Update. And it doesn't wake up randomly. It just doesn't stay off. And when it comes right back on, it's a black screen and the monitor doesn't recognize it and says No Signal. Then I have to push and hold the Power Button to turn it off and then Power on again. Sigh! For weeks now.

Did you try to remove the wifi network adaptor from device manager. It will reinstall after reboot. But maybe it could confirm if it is a wifi issue

I just tried that by Disabling it, but still the PC comes right back on.

Just tried disconnecting all cables of all devices including the monitor and it still comes right back on.

I may downgrade to before the Anniversary Update just to see for sure that it was the culprit.

I've tried everything here and then some and my PC still comes back on in 5 seconds after Sleep, Hibernate or ShutDown. The only way I can keep it off is to hold the Power Button down until it shuts off and then it stays off.

I can't find anything about APM in my BIOS, so I couldn't try that one. What does APM stand for? There is something called No-Execute Memory Protect . Could that be it?

I'm almost certain this began happening with the Anniversary Update. Has anyone gone back to a previous version to see if that fixed it?

Should I keep using the Power Button to Shut Down or just leave my PC running 24/7 until I fix it? Which is better?
I must apologise; I don't know what APM stands for either (though I would take a guess at Advanced Power Management).
