File not found. Check the file name and try again. Win 10 Version 1903

I don't know if this is the Version I am running" and [I]Repair Solution Forums Seem to be a lot out of Syc these Days?? I have tried a Video on You Tube and Googled 3 Other Suggestions and they are all May 2018? so this is as far as I can get

Windows logo Start button > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection !
Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings.

It's at this point I cannot go any further: Controlled folder access > Manage Controlled folder access
these choices are not available Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off.

    some help please Regards Dasha

Do you use a 3rd party Anti-Virus program? If so, then Windows Defender is disabled and you will not have access to Controlled Folder Acces. You must have WD enabled and in use.Controlled folder access is greyed out

Good Morning' Yes I use Kaspersky full paid version.I will turn Ksky off entirely then start Window Defender to make the adjustment then reverse back to Ksky? It's probably the only way I can fix the problem I will come back and let you know if it worked Thanks for your reply and your help Dasha

Turning Kaspersky off may not be sufficient. You may need to uninstall it, do what you need to do then reinstall it.

Hi I Completely uninstalled Kaspersky as you suggested but still I cannot follow the path to even turn Windows Defender on and Reset it"
    > Windows logo Start button > Settings > Update & Security >Windows Defender but there is still no Windows Defender Choice to select' on my PC only Windows Security and that does not take me to any Windows Defender on - off reset choice?
the only choice i guess is Windows Security > and that has no options either so
    > Virus Threat and Security/ say's: "your organisation is responsible" > Firewall is on >
Virus & threat protection settings choice is to select: "Manage settings".
It's at this point that I cannot go any further: Controlled folder access > Manage Controlled folder access - choices are not available Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off. is not there? I am noticing a few other people having these glitches in these forums post-upgrade's to Win 10 1903 and I have some of these too eg I Cannot change color of Taskbar (this forum) it just seems that our forum solutions are not up to fixing the errors of some of these updates
I fear a Clean install may easier as I have a number of other issues account users profile's Permission issue's as well. Ok for now have inserted 2 screen clips to show what I mean about the choices being different time for some sleep Cheers Dasha

Download Kaspersky's Removal Tool after totally removing, reboot.
If you still have problems, try this: Solution:Windows Defender is Not Turning off After Third Party Antivirus

Hi spunk' I will get on to what you have suggested tonight'

Since my last post at 0400 today I have encountered 2 more problems that I not others have in this forum, the first is' Change the color of the taskbar and this one comes up when I try and open my GMail:

"Corrupted Content Error The site at Gmail has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."
Thanks for staying with me' Dasha
