    Right click the shortcut and choose "Pin to Taskbar"

    This is what I get when I right click the shortcut:
    place a shortcut on the taskbar-rcshortcut.png

    And Send to > doesn't have an option for the Taskbar.

    @rboppy -

    Create a Desktop Shortcut for it with Send To...
    Then rename the new Shortcut to what you would like and leave it on the Desktop or Pin to the Taskbar.

    Hope this helps.

    I got the same results with the right click, no pin to taskbar option.

    That's correct.

    You have to drag it down to the Taskbar, after creation on the Desktop.
    At that time there will be a "Pin" notification.

    If none of the above suggestions work for this shortcut then please post what is in the shortcut's Target field.
    Right-click, Properties, Target

    How to pin it, or indeed whether or not it can be pinned, depends on what the shortcut is.

    Dragging it produces a red circle with a line through it on top of the icon, no pinning.

    Sorry. I do not know that one & I do not understand how it takes you to "Adjust print options" with those properties.

    How was it made?
