I mention this purely because there has been a reference to "trim" and I would not want you to be concerned about setting it up

Windows own Disk Defragmenter [C:\Windows\System32\dfrgui.exe] can be scheduled to 'defrag' weekly or as you want.
- Although it retains the established name 'defrag' it will merely trim [to be pedantic, "re-trim"] SSDs without any specific action being needed on your part.
- Its established 'defrag' role takes place for conventional spinning disks only.
- Windows knows how to spot the difference between an SSD and an HDD so you do not need to do anything to tell it how to behave with any of your disks.
- Just to avoid any confusion later on, note that trim is performed monthly even if you set the Disk Defragmenter to run weekly. This is explained under the heading Scheduled task in defrag - Microsoft Docs

For a start I don't like indexing so I always disable that no matter what disk I use. There is no point in indexing my drives because I rarely use Search.
Secondly, I also disable Prefetch and Superfetch. I would prefer windows not to waste CPU cycles on something I don't need. With a good SSD they make very little difference to loading times so, yes, sure, disable them all. Nothing will break and you will be saving CPU cycles for other things!

What about if you also have HDDs with programs installed on them and heavily used for data ? Wouldn't turning all that off or at least indexing slow whole system down ? They are relatively slow anyway.

I turn off Indexing, because I don't use Search. If you use Search, indexing only slows a system down on the first index, after that it's just files that have changed, and that doesn't cause much of a slowdown,
