    Shawn, as an afterthought.

Could this situation of Cortana and Search not working in certain Regional areas for Web searching; And making sure Time Sync is done, be incorporated into your Windows 10 Search Tutorials?

TBH, I have only given your search tutorials a passing glance and haven't noticed if you already have.

I would have thought that since Cortana and Search was separated, it would be available in all regions for Bing web search results.

I can't find anything official for the requirements, but I'll add a warning to the tutorial that Web is not available in all regions.

One would think so, but the environment in that area of the world especially Hong Kong, is different than ours. If you catch my drift.

I'll look also, and If you do find find anything 'official' let me / everyone know thru a Forum News Thread.

Thanks for considering the warning, maybe add 'unless you change your region', but you may not be able to add that caveat because of 'forum policy'.

I added this to the tutorial to help.

Bing "web" search results in Windows 10 is not available in all regions. It is available in at least the United States region.

I can't help but think that it should be more prominent, but if that's what it is, it will have to suffice.

    Thank you Shawn.

That's what I think too Brink. It's really odd that the web option has been removed in 1903, because it is still available in previous versions of Win 10 (in non-Cortana supported countries). I've had no luck finding anything official from MS about it either. I don't know if it's a bug or by design.
