Anyone else get Event 2 Kernel-Event Tracing error in Event Viewer?

Every morning when I switch on my PC I just get one error in Event Viewer..It is Event 2 Kernel-Event Tracing error . Under General it reads Session "CldfFltLog" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000022
Ive been seeing this error forever on my PC and Ive searched the web and been unable to identify what causes it. Ive never used one drive in the cloud before. Ive always kept files on the PC. So I wondered if maybe that might be the cause of the error. However Ive started using Onedrive in the cloud now but it still hasn't got rid of the error as I thought might.
This error has always been there so I know its not causing issues but Im curious to know what causes it?

Hi again. Never have found a good explanation for that error. I really think it is just a timing error with boot up. I don't use OneDrive so I unlinked my pc from it and the error does not appear again. I just think (only my opinion), OneDrive is trying to sync before windows is fully loaded and connected to the internet and so throws the error. Of course I could be wrong . That is another error that has been around for a long time. Maybe someone will have an answer for you.
