Unable to Delete a file in program files

Unable to Delete applemobiledeviceprocess file in program files. Previously I'd delete exe of any unwanted exe that runs for no reason, but now it says requires permission from system, unable to change them. File is a pest by iTunes, I neither own or plan to any apple devices, so it's redundant.

Hi, your first port of call would be to uninstall whatever it came with.
AppleMobileDeviceProcess.exe Windows process - What is it?
    for example.

Have you looked to see if there's anything Apple or itunes related that you can uninstall?

If you simply delete one exe file there are likely to be registry entries and possibly other files and folders elsewhere related to it.

Program files and such folders are protected for a reason- to protect you from damaging things.
    However..
If you really want to hack your system, boot to a command prompt, and delete what you like.
Or you could boot your system from a live boot disk.

As stated, to get rid of a program, you have to use it's Uninstaller. If you delete a .exe from the Program Files, the registry files, and other folders it created will still be there and they may complain that a .dll is missing every time you start your computer.
Do you have an iPhone or iPad? Did you install iTunes or Quicken? These all add the Apple Mobile device program. As well as Bonjour and a few other Apple related software. If you don't have any of the previously mentioned devices or programs, then uninstall all of them under Settings/Apps and Features.
