Maybe China will come out with a new OS, MS and Google have too much control/power.

That will work for China only if they can either ban new Windows installs in China or pay gobs and gobs of money to software developers to port their applications to the new OS.

More likely (but I am purely speculating here ) China will come out with its own version of Linux. Of course, it will be totally ridden with spyware and will have remote-control capabilities to shut down any parts of the OS at any time, for any (state secret) reason.

China already has a version of Linux called Red Flag Linux.

This is already creeping in on the Server brand, all the latest builds are just called Windows Server.

Is it not a bit problematic To rebrand just to Windows?
I can see them dropping the microsoft for antitrust reasons giving the illusion of
two separate companies But version and type (home, pro, server, s, n) have become
    somewhat necessary to avoid confusion.

They're not dropping the "Microsoft" just the version number so instead of Microsoft Windows 10, it'l be Microsoft Windows.
